2. How can I hang these backgrounds?

A 3" HEM for a crossbar is always supplied (wider if requested) but there are alternative ways to hang these since weight is no longer a restriction. Wide duct tape can be used, but careful removal from wall and not drop is essential. Clips are useful for hanging up on anything available, as well as gathering up fabric for sweeping drapery or pulling it flat. Throwing these over a tightly pulled string or bungee cord could also do the trick.

3. Are there any drawbacks to SUPERLITE?

Even though these drops are inherently flame retardant, one should avoid hot lights any closer than 2', as this synthetic can melt under certain conditions, and will create a hole if directly touched by a hot bulb. People can walk on these drops, but avoid heels on a pile carpet.

These are long lasting when used on a flat surface, or thin industrial type carpet. A bit of prevention is always good just in case, and a word to "walk carefully" can be helpful.
